On a PSA Dissipator that I'm converting to keymod and need to get it off.  Gas tube, gas block and delta ring removed already.  Any pointers?

IMO The most important thing to take into consideration it the surface you are using to support the FSB.

Doesn't matter what size hammer, type of punch or either whether you are using a specialized FSB pin
removal / installation block.

If the workbench, kitchen table or even linoleum floor is absorbing your impacts your work may be tougher.

A substantial vise with an anvil surface mounted to a sturdy workbench or even a board laid on the floor of your
garage will yield more efficient results.

If you can, heat up the FSB and barrel assembly a couple times with a heat gun or torch and let it cool down

completely each time. (A burner on the stove will work also.)

Then try punching the pins out.  Keep in mind that most , not all, drive out from left to right.

If in doubt, measure the ends.

I have a 7oz tack hammer I use for driving all my roll pins and taper pins.

If it takes more than that I'd step back and re-evaluate the situation.

Hope this helps.
