What is the typical tolerance in an AR 15 trigger group to the lower receiver? I'm wondering if I should be concerned.

A few months back I purchased a complete 14.5" Gen II Noveske rifle with a switchblock. It came stock with a ALG trigger group. This evening I installed a Geissele SSA trigger into the lower. This was the 5th one I've installed so it went fairly smooth. I went to function check the trigger and noticed two things.

1) Both of my pins rotate (hammer and disconnector) which have never had happen before. I read that it's a common occurrence. Yes/No?

2) My disconnector pin wobbles when I pull back on the trigger or cock the hammer (basically put a load on the trigger/diconnector) as in I can watch the pin move latterly back and forward in the pin hole. Maybe a couple of thousandth's. This really concerns me as I have again never had this happen before.

My first impression is that my pin holes are out of spec. My second thought is that my anodizing is poor and worn off causing the pins to go out of spec. I've yet to shoot this gun and the lower is already showing a ton of wear. It doesn't take much to scratch it past the anodizing.

Any thoughts on this? I dumped over $2500 into this rifle and sold off a stash of Gen II lowers to finance this and am starting to wonder if it was a good idea or not...

Thanks

I doubt that there should be much for and aft movement of the pins in the pinholes. The tolerances should be a little tighter than that. Rotation of the pins is not an issue.
If it affects the reliability of the rifle when shooting or you think it will cause excessive wear buy yourself a stripped lower while they are inexpensive.
Switch out the lowers and shoot it. You have a $60 or less fix and another lower to build a rough use rifle on.
You ARE stocking up on stripped lowers while they are at ridiculously low prices aren't you??
