I need to retorque the barrel nut on an upper that has a Vltor Mur. Now I have built a ton of uppers with the Wheeler receiver vise blocks but they will not work with the MUR.
So what are my options here should I use barrel vice blocks or is there another option I should consider?

Geissele Reaction Rod or the Brownell's equivalent.  I have the Brownell's tool and it is what I plan to use when I assemble my VLTOR MUR upper.

Yeah guess I should have given it a go first. Honestly I thought that I had read a thread awhile back
where this was discussed as an issue and it looked off to me also. Oh well guess you guys get a
laugh at my expense tonight.
