| I have a Noveske Recon 16" barrel. The 2 pins are installed as is the set screw. My question is does anyone Locktite the set screw or do the high temps make that unnecessary? Nothing in the instructins that I found. Thanks. |
| i usually use a little grease on my set-screws and torque them to 15inlbs. Never had one come out. You could use Loctite, red will work. You will probably need heat to remove it. You could also use Rocksett but you will have to soak it water to remove it, good stuff. If your GB is pinned, losing the set-screw is a non-issue. |
