| There should be a little movement of the trigger when the selector is on safe, but not much. When you say it "locks up," or "sticks," do you mean that it doesn't wiggle even a little? That doesn't sound like a "problem," more like "tighter tolerance" between the trigger and selector. |

When I pull the trigger on Safe the trigger doesn't have any movement and it seem like the hammer/hammer spring binds?? I can even push on the hammer pin an it will free up! I was hesitant to call it a problem, it's just my other lowers do not do this. |
| You just have a combination of selector and trigger that are tighter together than the ones you have had in the past. Not a problem at all. The hammer spring thing is from the trigger pushing the hammer a little farther back by pressing on its cocking notch. They all do that; it's part of the design of the trigger system. You just never noticed it before.... |
