Can anyone tell me if this is normal? I've seen slight variation but this seems to be pretty obvious. I'm installing the LPK tonight but it looks like the holes for the pins align but there is a lip on one side and it doesn't match very well.

Mine don't match either. I have an AR with a Windham Weaponry upper, Aero lower and there is misalignment. Same issue with my BCM upper, Aero Lower. It's purely cosmetic, not functional.

Ok, thanks. I figured so but I was surprised how much of a difference there was between the two. I figured there was more of a standard with all the lowers and uppers out there.

My stuff is the same way. No need to worry as long as its functional.

Thanks for the input. I just didn't want to get stuck with a blem.

My spikes lower would not match up with any of my other uppers.  I ended up buy a spikes stripped upper receiver and it was perfect.  It turned out really nice.

I have complete rifles that look like that. Non issue.
