So I finished my AR build, and when I feed the gun empty mags they lock right in place but when I put more than like 10 rounds in a mag i really have to force it in, like a huge smack to lock it in place. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I feel like the ammo in the mag makes contact with the BCG and need extra pressure? maybe i just need to run some round through it and loosen her up.

Thanks,
Rooster

The ammo DOES contact the bottom of the BCG. When loading on a closed bolt, most mags DO require a firm smack to seat (especially Lancer L5AWM's). Normal.
