Hey guys,

I am in the process of building my first AR-15 (first AR-15 period). I live in MA, where I can't have a flash hider (muzzle brake only) and I cannot have a bayonet lug. The muzzle brake has to be welded and pinned. I was wondering if anyone knows any places online that sell a AWB compliant AR-15 Upper. I was looking at PSA:

http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/psa-16-cmv-cl-premium-m4-moe-blk-upper-w-m16-bcg-charging-handle-rear-mbus.html

I wanted to get that upper because it has the magpul furniture I want, but I am not sure if PSA would weld the muzzle brake and remove the bayonet lug for me (from what I have seen, they won't do it).

I live in the city, where having a car isn't viable, so I would like to avoid having to rent a car to go to a local gunsmith to drop off my ar-15, then rent another car to go pick it up. Thanks!

Buy your upper of choice before buying your lower. Buy suitable muzzle device.
Have UPS/USPS/FedEx pick up your upper and muzzle device and ship them off the Adco to do the pin/weld for you. www.adcofirearms.com

Buy your lower, and LPK.
Build lower and assemble rifle.

Id like to throw a shout out to JT at  http://retroarmsworks.com. He pinned my 14.5 so well you can barely tell its there. Hes a standup guy and does amazing work.

Edit removed link not sure you can hotlink nonsite sponsors.

Are there any places that sell AWB compliant upper receivers?

PSA is a good deal but I'd need to buy the muzzle brake (any recommendations?) and get a gunsmith to make it compliant.
