I posted about a cheap "COLT OVERRUN" barrel I ordered awhile back. A few hours after I ordered I found out the barrel was in the white. I then called them to change the order to a barrel that was finished for a few bucks more. That was Feb 21. As of right now nothing has showed up and no emails from them about the change. I sent an email and called twice and spoke with a woman, she stated so and so would call me back. He never did. I am sure my card was charged but not sure yet if it has been credited. I suppose I have to check that before I go any further but will warn folks about some bad customer service. They have always been nice on the phone but never responding or returning calls is not good practice in my opinion. So buyer beware.

i have had good service from this company. ordered the white over run barrell shipping was ok, not lighting fast. called twice about the product and the owner called me back the second time. i would fo buisness with them again.
