[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Noob Question

I am in the market to build my first AR lower and am interested in SP223 Gen2 Billet receiver. I currently own a Spike's Tactical 16" M4 LE Upper.

My question is, will I have any fitment issues between these two after I have built the lower? I am sure many will try to steer me towards a forged lower instead, but I wanted to have an AR that stands out a little bit from the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't have any fit issues at all.

And screw the 'hive' - go with what you like.

The SP223 and spikes will match perfectly. I have one!

In a past life that SP223 was a Spikes. Fitment issues should be none.
