| If you do a search you will find atleast 3 threads on this topic. I have a lower that I am working on right now. There is another thread that has several pictures of his build. I chose the James Madison Tactical from all the other poly lowers as it has metal reinforced buffer tube attachment point, and a brass nut molded in for the pistol grip screw to screw into. Additionally, the overall fit and feel just seemed better to me. Go to JMT's website and download the instructions and watch the videos they have. If you can run a drill press you can build this lower. There are even some youtube videos where the work was done with a dremel tool. Not too pretty, but functional nonetheless. I recommend the drill press at the minimum. Feel free to IM/email me if you have any question. |
