I am trying to finish building my 10.5 build and i came up with a problem. The Upper goes as follows
The problem that I am facing is the pig and handgaurd are a very tight fit and i need to attach a piece of 1913 rail to the hand guard to mount a AFG. The pig is completing inside the first 3 inches of the rail and there is no clearance to put the backer on for the 1913 rail. Does anyone have any ideas on how to mount some rail to the 6 o clock position? |

You will need to mount the rail section behind the KX3. If you have enough of the KX3 sticking out the end of the rail, use a strap wrench to remove the KX3 and then install the rail section behind the KX3, then use strap wrench to reinstall KX3.
If your KX3 is flush at the end of the rail, it may not be possible. |
