Merry Christmas.........
I've got a upper and lower from Black Friday that I plan to do something with after the holidays, but I don't know what. I've built several over the last year or so, all different configurations, most of which I didn't fall in love with and ended up selling. This is what I've got now... SPR (long range) 
Short/Medium range 
300 Blackout 
and my wife's rifle 
I would really love to build a SBR but I don't think I could stand the wait to get the paperwork back. I've also thought about a A2 with Vietnam era parts, kinda a old m16 copy, but that would require a different upper from what I've already got. I guess I could build a pistol while I wait on the paperwork and then put a stock on the lower.........maybe something suppressed?....... Ideas??? |

Very nice builds. Are they all 556? Maybe a different caliber? x39 if you don't reload. 300BO if you do.
I have a Retro build (from M16A1 part kit) that is still waiting on a retro lower from Nodak (built in Feb). So, if you go that retro, then, order the lower now. If you start going down suppressor or SBR road, then start now.. You may have by Xmas next year. I did the pistol lower thing too while I waited for mine. I submitted SBR form in Feb and got tax stamp at end of November. If you go with a parts kit, buy from Sportsmans.. they are the only one that allows returns. I returned two. The kits available now are basically junk. I will ask my wife to keep an eye on Bravo and E! network to figure out what styles are in this season. Personally, I think OD and FDE will never go out of style. |
| Man what a problem..I fall in love w every gun I touch..SBR and suppressed sounds about like the only thing u haven't had so start the pistol and start ur wait..those are some good lookin firearms tho..I especially like the SPR..if I ever win the lotto that's on the build list |
