This was built as my SHTF/Zombie weapon. A lot of the parts were Black Friday buys and while waiting in the brown truck to delivery some other BF goodies I got out the camera. Still waiting on a Magpul BAD lever and a Magpul front sling mount, might swap the DPMS pins for a set of KNS pins, but other than that, I think this one is done and ready for the range.

Too much Troy.

Not bad though. I just consider any firearm that I can prove with a few thousand rounds to be my SHTF guns though. I don't really have a single designated firearm for that.

I really usually don't like those handguards at all - but that there is the best I think I've seen one look. Nicely done bro!

Don't know, it's a Magpul copy I picked up at a gun show a couple of weeks ago for $20.

I hope your really tall, or that muzzle is going to drag on the ground if you go hands off with that sling mounted there. Gun looks great!

Haha.......I'm 6'3" so it would real close to dragging. I just threw it on for the photo, I now have a sling mount on the rail for 2 point attachment.

How's that Comp, for flash reduction, and how loud is it?
I tried a PWS30 on a 308. It nearly blew my ears off. Took it off and put a SE Vortex back on it. The comp is sitting in a box.
