I am currently working on my first precision ar build and I was wondering about 2 things, first I want to put a guissele trigger in it but I don't know if I should go with the single stage or the two stage and as far as barrels I was thinking 18" but should I go with just a heavy barrel or a bull barrel. Any thoughts?

Geissele SSA-E is pretty nice for precision, have not tried anything with a lighter break weight. Bull barrels are good for bench shooting but a heavy will offer the same level of accuracy and slightly less weight if you plan to carry it around. I recommend the BCM SS410 barrel.

18 or 20" Rainier Arms Ultramatch barrels are very nice.  i have an 18 on one of my builds and on the other i have a wilson combat super sniper 20"bull barrel both barrels shoot sub moa but the bull barrel is very heavy.
i have a single stage timney 4lb in my precision build and love it.
