| Ok people should i build a long gun or a pistol? |
| I just went through this. They used to charge $150 for the sign off. I heard it would be a hassle so I always avoided it. Just try it. Mine went surprisingly smooth and the detectives that interviewed me were actually interested in what I was building. I should have done it sooner, I waited for them to drop the damn fee first |

SBR Is it worth it ? I just sent in my first Form 1's in the last month. If going the SBR route I would build it as a pistol first and wait for the stamps. I am WAY too impatient to wait 9 months to shoot a new gun. You also get the added benefit of making sure they work right and if not you can cancel the stamp and get a refund. |
