I am looking for handguard options. I need a free float quad rail with nut but I cant see paying $300-$400. I appreciate quality, but that's a lot of jack.

I just bought a brand-new Yankee Hill Machine rifle-length free-float quad rail for $120 on eBay. So I'd keep looking.

Midwest Industries makes very good quality quad rails for a reasonable price. The rifle length(12.5") are the most expensive and cost around $200. The shorter versions cost even less. Installation is pretty easy as they use the factory barrel nut...

Ditto. I just picked up a 10" G2 two-peice free float for one of my rifles. Fit on the factory barrel nut and took two minutes to install, and couldn't ask for better quality for their prices. If you look into MI try and find a rail in-stock somewhere, they are pretty backordered on their main website.

Yankee hill strong but heavy.
Troy nice and light. Decent pricing.
