Well so I machined a few lowers and used the jig I got from the maker of the lowers. At the front of the trigger compartment all three lowers ended up having a small hole that breeches into the drilled hole form the mag release. I measured the jig and it appears the jig was machined incorrectly. Everything else lines up fine, and when I test fitted it everything went in fine and functions the way it should. The hole gets sealed by the mag release and it doesn't seem like anything could her in there. Should I contact the company that made the lowers and jig and complain that the top plate of the jig was machined wrong or should I just try and use these as they are?

It doesn't look like there is anything wrong with the jig.  Do you have a blue print to verify dimensions?  Have you tried to put a mag release button in the mag release hole?
Is the wall thickness in that blow out the same as up top by the slot for the mag catch?  Can you post a couple more pics from different angles?

Yeah, I put a mag release in and it fits fine. I checked against the blueprints and the top plate of the jig had the trigger compartment about .005 too long in the front. I guess I never realized how tight the tolerances were at the front, because nothing else about them are really that tight. When test fitted everything seems to function fine. I guess I just get worried that something could happen while firing but I don't know what problems it could really cause other than the mag release getting dirty. Unfortunately my calipers aren't long enough to check that area to see if its the same thickness all the way up.

Something else is wrong, there is should be much more than 0.005" between the trigger pocket and the mag release hole...

How is the jig located relative to the lower?  Can we get some more shots of the lower and jig?

Unfortunately I left the jig at my buddies house who has the mill. As soon as I can get it back from him I'll get a picture. I kept checking to make sure the bit was ruining true and that there weren't any issues with the chuck. The second one I even backed off away from the top plate on the jig just to see and viola same hole.

Without having it in my hands, it looks like maybe the hole for the mag release is located too far back.
You should have approx. .02" wall thickness right there.

What is your dimension between the front of the fire control pocket and the bolt catch?

You should have .022" clearance between the FCG Pocket and Mag Release Button channel....
When milling my FCG I spot off of the inner edge of the Bolt Catch Slot..
The distance between is .102"
