friend is moving out of country, sold his DPMS Oracle on the way cheap to me since he knows i already have two other AR-15s.
I'd like to get a threaded barrel put on the Oracle for just plinking about. Any suggestions? |
| Any carbine-length barrel will fit; choose the one that has the features you want. DPMS will probably sell you a threaded barrel that is the equivalent of what is on it for about $170. But why go to the trouble to have a threaded end, just for plinking? Unless you want to mount a can... |
| If the threads needed to mount the can (or its adapter) are either 1/2x28 or 5/8x24 you can get it threaded at ar15barrels.com for only $30 if you send them just the barrel. |
