| Was wondering if anyone had ever dealt with them before and if they had if there inventory was live. Looking at their site they have a couple of harder to find items at pre-panic prices but would like a little conformation before committing my cash to them. Thanks for the help. |

I've had an order for a lower with Delta 3 Tactical since December. They haven't charged my card yet and the lower hasn't shipped. I can't count how many times I tried calling or email to no avail. I got lucky once and the owner answered the phone and said my order should be in in a week or two. That was 2 months ago.
Bottom line is their stock is NOT live and the customer service is horrendous, although I understand its the owner and maybe 1 or 2 other people running the show. Take it for what it is but don't expect your order anytime soon. |

Had to call them out on facebook for them to respond. Got it from PK firearms in 5 days. Never again |
| I gotta jump in here. I ordered a spikes buffer tube kit on Jan 18th and received it by the end of Feb. Communication was better than Red X or RGuns, the guy, Don, actually responded. In fact, I contacted them through their site last week and got a response two days ago regarding their current stock on stripped uppers. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. |
| Thanks guys you have helped me make up my mind think I will just hold off from them found the other threads about them also on here and several other sites all say the own's one hell of a nice guy and trying like hell to get right on the orders but he is a one man band and just cannot keep up. Might try them out when this madness dies down sounds like they do better when not flooded with orders. |
| Thanks for those who replied to (and authored) this thread. I ordered a BCG listed as in stock a few days ago. I sent my CC info, but the order is still marked "awaiting payment". I've tried email, no reply. Called a couple times, "mailbox full" message. Not going to bother with them further, the BCG is all I need to complete my retro build, and while I'm in no particular hurry, I don't care for what I've seen so far. Will cancel (or at least attempt to cancel) the order, and look further for my BCG. |

I've had an order for a BCG with them since November. I spoke with him when I ordered it and he said "It will be about a week before it will ship". He then told me this same thing every week until the shooting, then he didn't respond for a month. When he did respond he gave me a generic "There are 5,000 people waiting on their orders, you're not the only one". My response was "I understand you have a lot of backorders to fill, but how many of those orders are before mine? I bet few to none." He never responded.
I understand that things are not coming in stock now, but he had over a month to get it to me before the panic. Shouldn't have been hard if the item was in stock like he said it was. I am leaving the order open in the hopes that he will honor it eventually, but I learned not to deal with him again. I've ordered parts from about 10 other places and never had any trouble whatsoever, so theres simply no reason to ever shop there again. |

I ordered a Spikes Enhanced Lower Parts Kit and Spikes Mil-Spec Extension buffer tuber assembly Feb 4 of this year thinking they had the items in-stock since the website did not say out of stock well I did not receive the items till April 9th. I am glad that Delta does not charge card till items ship out but I emailed them about 12 times and called about 2 dozen times without answers the voice mail was full. Glad to see that they are keeping prices at pre-BS levels but communication would be nice. The items showed up factory sealed and everything worked without any issues.
If you are looking for hard to find check out NoKick dot charlie oscar mike they might have what you need I was able to get a Nickle Boron BCG delivered in just over 2 days they are in the FL panhandle and I am in Orlando so it was a very quick shipping and delivery. I had called before I ordered to make sure they had it in stock and the gentleman that answered was very nice and knowledgeable about his on hand inventory. |
