| I've been lurking about for months now and have finally decided to take the plunge on my first build. I have already acquired my PSA stripped lower and now looking at LPKs and trying to decide on whether to purchase all upper components separately or as a completed upper. I am looking at a 16" carbine with 12" free float handrail. Keeping in mind that I want to make this somewhat of a budget build, I am interested in what the more experienced group here thinks about complete packages vs. component build. Can I save any money buying individual components or is it cheaper to buy the assembled uppers? |
