| Has ANYONE at all received their lowers from the pre-orders? Has anyone ever had a email responded to? Has anyone ever been able to get through on the phone with these folks? For me personally I haven't. I know several of us did the pre-orders and was just wondering if people were feeling like I am, scammed............. |

I preordered one in late Jan and still haven't received it. I just received my lower from shadow ops weaponry and it looks good so I decided to cancel my all-star order. It took him about a week to respond after I sent two emails. I spoke with mike and he said that hen would give me a refund but he was flying to Germany...I don't really know what to expect but I will be sending another email soon in my second attempt to get a refund.

I was just on their website "I know most of this information was posted up at the start of the preorder, but I will reiterate as much of it here as I can. We order our forged lowers in batches of 500. Back in January is when we started placing our orders. Our first batch of 500 lowers was scheduled to be machined in the last week of March (Next Week!), and those are on schedule with no delays as far as we know. Then I would figure a week or two max for anodizing and delivery times. Our second batch is scheduled for May, and our Third Batch is scheduled for June. With the way our Delta preorders are going and our new Dealers are signing up, we will probably continue our forged orders through the rest of the summer! Once again, thank you for being patient, and we're trying to figure out an exact cut-off date for the deliveries, but we're still working on it as of now." Quoted:

Ya I saw that on their site too, for me its amazing how he can run off to Germany and have a grand ole time but he doesn't respond to any posts on his own forums and doesn't reply to any emails, wont answer the phone and wont clear his voice mailbox so other pissed off people can leave messages. I am gonna just call the CC company and lodge a dispute and not worry about it. There are plenty of reputable companies that will take care of their customers. |
| Most of us placed the order knowing the uncertainty and willing to wait. They will cancel your order and refund your $. In NY, if you paid for an item before the law was signed it was considered the ownership date and can be registered in a pre-2nd-ban configuration. Now that PSA and others have lowers more easily available, it may make sense to cancel and order something in stock. I was hoping to have mine by now also but I dont mind the wait. Still waiting for what will happen with this bs law anyways. |

I personally know the dude, and no way would he scam you. He just bought a CNC mill and is in the process of getting his hands dirty on the mfg. side of things. I dont know if that helps ease your nerves but he is a pretty stand up guy. just super busy with alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the calls. anyone involved in sellinig guns has a phone ringing none stop right now. is it really cost effective to hire a secretary to tell everyone their sht is on back order until god knows when. ull get yours...just hold on...thats what im doing. thats what we all have to do. just hold on. or build something else for now. |
| All of you bitching need to chill the fuck out, it stated these orders being placed in Jan-Mar would be late Spring runs which would imply May-Jun. What you have done is made it so if ever again nobody will be stupid enough to do pre orders or backorders for all the little bitches in the world............ |
| ^this. And he's got back with me relatively quick the 2-3 times I sent him a message when I had a question. I really doubt anyone will have an issue. But while we're on the subject does anone no for sure if the billet uppers he has listed are actually in stock. It does say it's for a preorder but it was due in Feb-Mar so just wonderin if they came in. Not gettin my hopes up since they've been in for more than 15 minutes. They are a good lookin upper tho. |
