Hello Ya'll!
I'm not much of a gunsmith, but since I applied for a FFL 07 & 08 at my shop I might aswell learn how to "manufacturer firearms". I'm more of a ammunition reloader, but I want to expand my skillset to gunsmithing. Would appreciate if someone can give me a list or links of items I would need to get started. As of right now I have a wrench kit, a vice, a hammer, and thats about it. |

As a start I would recommend one of their Magna tip driver sets and a set of good roll pin punches and holders. Be advised , this can get expensive real quick, but having good tools for the job avoids a lot of hassles |

Before getting into AR's, I spent a lot of time working on Colt Reveolvers (still do and still love them) and spent a small fortune on specialty tools just for Colts. If you want an indication, as stated, go to Brownells and start adding on your calculator. |
