I bought this AR that's a got a Stag 16", 6.8 SPC upper with a Knights Armament MRE Model B system.
I'd like to change out the standard FSB with a fold down and to do that I'll need to take the barrel off. I know the FSB is pinned, but I have no idea how the rail is attached. Is it just screwed on? ie get off the muzzle brake, FSB and unscrew by the rail or is it held by the nut? If anyone has a copy of the instructions shipped with it and could scan it or something? I don't want to mess up the rail or the rifle not knowing how the rail comes off. I've looked out on the net without success, other than to see it in the background of product photos, lol. Thanks. |
