Hi all, this is my first build and I have continually been reading to familiarize myself with all the needed components .  I have a few questions and  I hope someone can advise me.   So far I have purchased the following to complete 2 rifles.
5.56 mega lower stripped
2 Daniel Defense barrels chf 14.5" and 16" both middy gas system
Spikes enhanced LRPK
Stripped upper
I would like to get the magpul ctr mil spec and str mil spec stocks.
Ok this is where I'm confused.  I have been trying to understand about the buffer tube , spring and buffer types and am seeking advice on which would be a proper buffer.  I'm looking for the kick to not be so strong but still enough power to cycle.  I have seen some some complete setups and the buffer is a std .
Any help thank you.

the buffer should be a carbine buffer in most AR15s.  Additionally, generally speaking, the .223 has a very small amount of recoil.

Thanks for the reply... I read that there are std, H, H1, H2 and H3 buffers.  Which one would be good.  I saw a complete kit, (carbine type) I believe the buffer was std.  Would that be sufficient.

Thanks
