If you're thinking of building an AR15 using proprietary Loki Weapons Systems components, e.g., billet upper/lower set, etc., DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT allow them to bill your credit card up front!. My son ordered a set back in early October and was billed $524.00 immediately. Delivery was supposed to be in 2-3 weeks, with an additional 2 weeks for  Cerakote. Not only has he not seen the parts as of December 4th, but he cannot get a reply from Erik Davis, the owner of Loki, when my son has repeatedly requested a firm, no-nonsense delivery date via email. Oh, and by the way, don't bother calling them, they don't answer the phone.
This operation presents itself as legitimate, with all the bona fides on their website that you'd expect from a legit vendor. But from everything we've seen, it's a scam.
Bottom line: don't do business with Loki. There are other companies out there that offer high-quality match-machined billet upper/lower sets and have product readily available. One example is Seekins. My son ended up buying a set from them and it is far nicer than anything Loki is showing on their website.
Caveat emptor!
