For a mid length set up on a M4 type which buffer do I need? I ve read about standard H2 H3?

My mid length runs a standard buffer with no issues
of any kind... any ammo from Lake City to Wolf steel cased

same as above i run a stock carbine buffer and she eats any ammo i through in her

I am successfully running a CS spring and H2 buffer on a 16” mid-length.
