The bolt carrier really isn't going to have a profound impact on accuracy. If it makes you feel better having a nice bolt carrier, look at the Young N/M. ETA: Reading is fundamental  As for the bolt, If you don't already have your barrel, get a properly headspaced bolt with your barrel.
