This is my first AR build and I was wondering what you guys thought about the different lower parts kits on the market...which do you recommend, what to stay away from etc. Thanks for the help...

Buy a palmetto state armory lower build kit. $80 for everything to build a lower. Very well respects here.

The PSA MOE kit is what I have. Works great so far, but then again my rifle only has 5 rounds through it

I just ordered 5 LPK's from PSA. I don't think you'll find a better deal. Previous builds have used DPMS and CMMG LPK's.

I ended up ordering a PSA ACS to complete my Del-ton lower. Thanks for the advice guys!!
