I have a LOKI WEPON SYSTEMS 6.5 Grendel upper assembly. I'm having trouble getting the wepon to cycle correct. The upper has an 18" barrel and I'm using an 6 position carbine stock. Frist trip out to the range it would fire but the empty casing was coming out of the upper in a forward direction with little force. It would land on the table near the front of the barrel and roll off the table. The empty case also had a grove in the rim from the extractor, and a small dent in the case about halfway up.I thought it may be cycleing to fast so I changed the ar15 carrier for a ar16 carrier that was heavier. I did not have a heavier buffer to try. Now the firearm will fire once and jamb on the next shell. any sugestions would be appriciated. I dont want to keep throwing parts at this problem without some advice.

Sounds like not enough gas.
Most common problem is leaks.

This could be anything, bad magazines, gun needs break in time, under sized gas port, bad gas rings (highly doubtful considering you've swapped the BCG already), bad gas tube/fsb alignment, dragging hammer, etc.  I would start simple, try a different mag with only a few rounds in it, soak the BCG with CLP and cycle it repeatedly, check the gas tube and gas block.  After that you'll have to start looking at parts.
