[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Billet lower question

I am going to machine my own billet lower this winter. I have a couple of questions. First for the mag well. Is there any place that will wire EDM or broach these. All Have is a CNC mill so the flat edges will be hard to do. Or is there a better way. Second how many of these can I make a year for my self?

I think you can purchase 80% builds with magwell already done. Hope that answers your question

I plan to start with a block of aluminum and finish with a functional lower. I want to design my own billet lower. I just have not figured out the best way to machine the mag well part of the lower.
