Hi guys just joint up a few days ago, but been getting info on here for a while. Built 8 AR's so far, the latest is going to be a 6.5 grendel. I have  a question regarding Alexander Arms. Do they always take 2 weeks or so to process orders on parts that are verified over the phone to be in stock? I ordered a barrel, bolt, 8 mags and an a2 flash hider. Found out they were out of barrels a few days later and that is what was holding up my order. I asked the guy about the tactical barrels and of course they have those, they are twice as much. So i told him to sub the one they have for the one they dont. He told me fine, they will process. 5 days later, nothing has hit my bank or notification of shipping. So i called again, and the girl i talked to this time said they dont have bolts????? Ok dump the bolt i told her, she said she would and process my order. That was 10 days ago and still nothing. Meanwhile i contacted Saetern via e-mail to inquire about bolts and they got back to me right away and i got my grendel bolt on monday. I was very excited to build this thing and get it going but its like they dont want my money. Any advice? Btw be easy on me.
