Thanks to all for the nice comments.
I don't shoot it as much as I would like. Work and family life takes up much of my time. So far about 500 rounds though... I have not thrown it down the driveway yet .

| 1999: I know the feeling. You build your first AR while still learning what you want and what works best. Meanwhile, component technology, particularly handguards, keeps progressing. But eventually, after considerable parts swapping, load development and fine tuning of your tastes, you arrive at perfection (at least for now). Building an AR from scratch produces a work of art, a thing of beauty and personal pride. When your pet rifle starts delivering tiny little 10-round groups at 100 meters, then you have arrived. congrats - CW |
