"well if MG you don't need a tax stamp for the SBR or supressor because its still classified as a MG second I think only LL will be set as 3rd burst not DIAS "
A MG doesn't need a stamp as a SBR, the supressor is a different matter. It would need a stamp. If using a RDIAS, the RDIAS is the registered MG and the lower would have to be registered as a SBR. Only a registered receiver (as a MG) would get you around that. TH |

TH your thinking to hard although the RDIAS is the only thing registered it still has to be register to a rifle in that case that rifle can accomendate any size bbl because it is classified a MG on the other hand there is a problem with that as they could take out the RDIAS and use the SBR upper then its legal so like you said its probably safer just to register the lower as a SBR as well and yes i was wrong about the suppressor |

Someone school me please, I'm really lost Legal conversion device, either registered lightning link or registered drop-in auto sear, will convert a brand new spike's lower to a legal select-fire machinegun. In the case of the LL, the lower has to be milled out some, since it differs from the Colt AR-15 SP1 in internal dimensions enough that the LL won't drop in. I personally have drop-in sears installed in two different spike's spider lowers right now. |

Is the supply of these as limited and ridiculously priced as a RR? |

Even more limited, possibly even more ridiculous. $10k for an LL, $17k and climbing for a DIAS. More people want them than there are any for sale, so the prices just keep climbing. Those aren't fishing prices, those are prices at which the items in question have actually recently sold for. |
