I got home from Astan and had all the parts needed waiting for me.

Top:
16 inch BCM BFH midlength upper with BCM FA BCG and BCM charging handle
Magpul Foliage stock set
DD lower kit
Geissele SSA trigger
ACOG, ARMS 40L BUIS
Carbine buffer
Spikes Lower

Bottom:
14.5 inch BCM BFH midlength with BCM FA BCG and BCM charging handle
Magpul OD stock set with Magpul ASAP plate
DD lower kit
Geissele SSA trigger
Aimpoint M2 and Troy BUIS
Carbine buffer
Spikes Lower

I think I got the last two DD kits for sale back in the winter.
Ive put about 500 rounds thru each gun without issue.  Mostly just function testing and hasty sight zero.

Ammo used includes a lot of XM193F, M855, PMC, Remington, Fiocchi, Aguilla, PRVI 55 and 62 grain, as well as a healthy bit of WOLF and some other brass cased 55 grain stuff that I have laying around.  Ive run mags filled with all brands alternating, to see if any short stroking would occur and Ive had good results.

Permanently attached flash hider on the 14.5"? Did you do it yourself? I want to build a 14.5 for my next rifle but don't have an idea as to what it would cost to have the flash hider pinned/welded on.

Most local shops with weld capabilities will charge around $30 for it, depending on the region you live in.
Any more $ and shop around. You can do it yourself with a drill, propane torch, flux and some silver (1100 degree) solder
for about the same amount and have enough left over to do 20 more builds if you wanted.

The flash hider is longer than standard of course and was an extra 45 dollars I recall from BCM to ship welded on.
