[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ar-15 completed upper

I was wondering where the best place to get a completed ar15 upper online would be, so far all the places I've checked are out of stock. I'm looking for a chrome lined barrel in 5.56 at 16 inches, a flat top (for optics), and if possible M4 feed ramps, I'd like to keep it at around $500 to $600 if possible.
