What do you guys think about DPMS receivers? I noticed that Midway has them on sale and i've been thinking of building a 6.5 Grendell from scratch.

I really like DPMS stuff but good luck on finding the 6.5 barrel I've had 3 on order for months!

I built my first AR15 using a DPMS lower receiver. No complaints.

No complaints.
I will note that the extruded uppers they have without the FA and dustcover are heavier than normal receivers.. if you are looking for something like that go with the Rainier Arms one or pick up a MP Sport take off in the EE
