Can anyone point me at manufacturer who will engrave a lower with my NFA info, then anodize it, and then ship it to my FFL?

Ident can engrave it for you but there is no reason to involve a FFL. It is a gunsmith service and as such you can ship it directly to them and they can return it directly to you.
If there is some reason you want it sent to a FFL I'm sure they will accommodate you.

I don't  know anything about manufacturers that do it, I would look for a company that does engraving and anodizing and just send it to them.

I know about engraving services but was hoping one person could just do it all and thus save myself the extra shipping, time, and fee sending an already made lower out for the additional service.
