Where can I get a light weight barrel for a
dissapator build?
Is it possible to get the upper as a complete
assy.?

Contact Spike's tactical and ask them if they would sell just the barrel.

spike's used to make a LW dissy upper but only sold them through AIM Surplus.  You might want to check with both companies to see if they are having any plans in the future.

LW dissys are rare because they would require the gas block to be slightly thicker, and then only another inch down the barrel to be thicker for the FSB.  Not sure if spike's just used .625" ID gas block and sights or not.

Spikes used a .750 low profile and a .625 FSB.  Most dissipator barrels use .750 at both locations.  Likewise, you can use .625 at both, I've got a Kino set up like that.  An easy solution would be to buy the barrel of your choice and send it to ADCO to be reprofile to .625 and have a FSB pinned in place.
