Bought a pistol upper from JSE.
RRA Bolt had a defective extractor spring which caused many FTEs. Tried to get advice from JSE about buffers and which was appropriate... not very helpful. Dust cover will not stay closed on the upper and I am not going to bother asking for their help and will be very cautious in doing business with them (if I do any at all that is) as the product seems to be substandard. Caveat Emptor BCM uppers from Bravo Company are amazing and I am very happy with every product from them. |

I bought a complete pistol upper from them, needed to use an o-ring in it but that seems pretty common for a 7 1/2" barrel. Also bought a 14.5" M4 kit, that I assembled, and many parts. Very fast shipping and everything was GTG and great prices IMHO. Only one complaint about them: The LPK for the M4 was missing the trigger guard, I called they said it would go out in the next day or two. Didn't get it that week , e-mailed them, they said sorry etc, etc, etc... Never got it. I was ordering some parts from RRA anyway so I ended up getting it from there.
It may sound stupid but they just lost a repeat (who has BRD) customer over a $5 part. Bottom line: Great prices, products (a lot of Del-ton) and fast shipping. Customer service leaves a bad taste in your mouth though. |
I have bought two blem uppers from them, both are as good or better than any other uppers I have ever bought.
This one is on a DPMS lower & has over 2000rds through it without any problems. 
This upper is on a Plum Crazy composite lower it is my "just for fun gun" it has over 1000rds through it in about 3 or 4 months. Still no problems with the upper or lower. |

They all stated that they received orders that were void of parts & when they contacted JSE they were told that they were sorry but wouldn't be sending the parts. |
Have bought 2 uppers from them, and so far have been satisfied. One was a cosmetic blem rifle and the other a pistol upper with customizations (from the order page). Both came exactly as ordered. The Rifle upper (18" bar) actually can shoot 1/2" groups at 100 yards easily. I can't speak for the others that had issues.
