I have an RRA LAR8 upper receiver with a free float handguard. I want to install a free float quad rail, also an RRA product. The Handguard on it now appears to also be the barrel nut but I may be wrong. I assume they've used some kind of Loctite to keep it in place. Any suggestions?

Heat.  For some reason RRA uses a Loctite(ish) product
