(SAA is not a barrel maker) Might be an Olympic Arms. SAA also carries barrels from Black Hole Weaponry (higher grade).....look them up in the Equipment Exchange here on the forum. |

I dont see why not to get it, I did not see if it was a chrome lined or not, for some that is the make or break. But it does have m4 feed ramps which is a +,just rember you will still need a gas block or a FSB and a delta ring assembly. Also it is 1-9 twist so if i rember it might be picky on what type of ammo you feed it.nut I would wait till

Most AR barrels these days are 7-twist, 8-twist or 9-twist. To be milspec-cool you have to have 7-twist and chrome lined. If you're shooting 55 grain, 9-twist is fine. Lots of 22-250"s running 12-twist out there. The fast twist rates 7, 8 were developed to stabilize the long 73 grain to 90 grain pills that the average shooter doesn't mess with. |
