| Bought a used PA Microdot and had some probs with the brightness. It was several generations old. They told me to ship it to them and they would look at it. About a week or so later a brand new current gen Microdot was in my mailbox. Obviously I don't think you can say anything more about how they stand behind their product. I would buy any PA product with no hesitation. |

I have bought a lot of shit from Primary Arms; Eotech XPS2-0, Scope mounts, slings, etc, etc. Fast shipping, Cheap shipping, great customer service. I've emailed Marshel on a sunday morning thinking he would get it on monday. He responded sunday afternoon. He is on top of things.

Their shipping is fast, their prices are very reasonable, and their customer service is fantastic. Nothing but good dealings with them! |
| I ended up placing my orders with both Primary Arms and Joe Bob's since PA didn't have a few of the items I needed. Both packages should be here by Friday which hopefully means I'll be building both the lower and upper this weekend. Both were very each transactions except I forgot the gas block and placed a second order with Joe Bob's and my credit card declined. Turns out it tripped a fraud alert with my CC company. Quick phone call got the fixed. |
| Ordered a Primary Arms Micro dot this morning. Got an email saying my order was placed, another later saying my card was charged, then one that my order was shipped and the tracking number. Their system is set up to keep you in the loop and take all the guess work out of it. Best thing was I found out they are based in Texas. Fantastic! I'll be buying from them more often. I love to order my item one day are receive it the next. |
