So I just added a BC on one of my rifles and with the crush washer on it only took a 90 degree turn to have it lined up in its proper place.

When I looked at my 2 other rifles, it looks as if the washer is crushed a little further down on those.

Is that not going to be a big deal?

No, 90 degrees of crush is standard.

90-270 is the range of crush desired, but most threadings produce 90 degrees.

Mine was set with about 90-95 degrees of crush rotation and it hasn't budged (hundreds of rounds).
