Just finished milling out my lower reciever. But I have a few tooling marks I accidently left on the sides. I have a Thumbler's Tumbler and I'm thinking I can polish it within it, before I send it out for anodizing.

It should be okay to run it through my Thumbler's Tumbler model B, right? I'm just unsure if it might ding up my reciever from all that tumbling.....

I would polish them out, then have it bead blasted before anodizing.
That said, I am going to try tumbling to remove a teflon finish on a lower I have.

Tumbling the lower long enough to remove tool marks in one area will also remove material from the other areas of the lower. Do you really want that?

I agree. It might change the tolerances in areas that you don't want.

i third that motion.. dot do it Ive built 3 80% and wouldn't recommend doing it since most 80% builds are not as close as factory tolerances so increasing them might send u over the top....
