I'm pretty proud of this. It's my first build from scratch including putting together the lower.

It's still a work in progress as I'm still looking for an optic (EoTech EXPS) and to possibly make a couple changes. But here's the build list so far.

BCM 14.5" Carbine Upper
BCM BCG
BCM Gunfighter Mod 4 Charging Handle
AAC Brakeout
Daniel Defense Omega 7 Rail system
Daniel Defense ladder rail guards
S&W Lower receiver
Palmetto State Armory LPK (Looking to change this out to a Geiselle SSA-E)
Magpul MIAD Grip
Magpul Trigger guard
Magpul MOE Stock w/ 6 Position Mil-Spec Buffer tube
Noveske QD Sling Plate
Palmetto State Armory H buffer
Tango Down Vertical Foregrip
Troy rear folding BUIS
A bunch of Magpul Pags w/ Window (Still need to pick up some USGI)

It's a start. Still need to do some minor work like knock out the sling mount on the front.

That's a heck of a start!

Now toss an optic on it (after zeroing the irons) and shoot the hell out of it

That's the plan!

It's entirely too addicting. I just wanna keep building when I'm not even done with this one!

nice stick. I have the DD Omega 7 on my S&W. Very solid rail.

Nice first build. I love my bcm upper. I wish I would have got the 14.5" instead of the 16" carbine that I have now though The 14.5s look so much more badass

Thanks all, loving it so far!

Point, I've only used it in doors so far, but it's decent. It's a bit loud but nothing horrible. Scared some people shooting handguns lol.

Gotigers, I agree. I wanted something I could easily remove if needed and this fit the bill. It's paid off in every way due to ease of use and just how stable it is. And I like the feel of the more oval shape.

Truth, with the brakeout it does hit 16", but I honestly couldn't have lived with anything longer in the style of rifle I was looking to build. Maybe in a precision shooter, but not this. Plus it does look badass!

I really need to find an optic ASAP though, that's my one major complaint. Irons are fine, but... especially in door (which won't be the case every time) having something else would be awesome.
