So I am building my first AR15 type rifle. It will also be my first AR15. I am putting the lower together from parts and going to buy a complete upper. Here is my progress so far
RRA LAR15 stripped lower $138 OTD from Cedar valley outfitters in Marion, IA (shameless plug I love that store) RRA lower parts kit with star safety $58 shipped from Eagle Armory (swapped star safety for standard that was given to me with a bunch of other parts) A2 stock unknown buffer tube,buffer spring and buffer. stock included A Troy Industries single-point sling adapter (Free from a member/shooting buddy on another board I think he is on here as well. Great guy) Gunfighter charging handle Mod 4 (Free) Detachable A-2 rear sight from DPMS (Free) 2 Thermold 20round mags $9.76 for both 1 USGI Colt mag with Magpul anti tilt followers $7.99 (magpul followers wer also given to me) She will be topped off with a Del ton upper preferably midlength Suggestions welcome
