Yes it will look fine. A lot of people put FDE accessories on black rifles. Like rail covers, buis, stocks, grips. etc.

So your saying go with the lightweight yhm?

You definitely want YHM? I ask because Midwest Industries has similarly priced rails that are much lighter.

YHM Specter Length Diamond Forearm (Weight 15.8 oz.) (YHM-9637-DX) $145.50
YHM Lightweight Free Float Mid-Length (Overall length: 9.2 in -Weight 12.4 oz. ) (YHM-9634) $135.00
Midwest Industries T-Series Mid Length One Piece Free Float (Overall length: 9.1875in -Weight 11.7 oz. ) $159.95

The Midwest Industries rail is even lighter than the YHM "lightweight" rail and they are a site sponsor.

Is this your first rifle?

Now if I go with midwest, do they have a specter length so I use a low profile block and a end cap that hides it all? Yes first build.

No, they don't have a "specter" length.
