I have the hammer cocked and there is about a .005 - .010 interference between the safety selector and the trigger , when trying to insert safety selector. PSA bullet marked lower and Stag LPK.

Is it Dremel time or what??

I think you mean have the hammer cocked...

and remove the trigger, slide the safety in, then fish the trigger back in under it. you could also try to push down on the rear section near the back of the disconnector and try to slide the safety in

Yeh, changed trigger to hammer.

Wanted to be sure I did not have something in wrong, causing the interference.

Tried pushing down on rear of trigger , but it looks like it is bottomed out on lower shelf.

Is this a common problem, or is it my Lucky Day?

It happens sometimes. You just have to toy with it until it fits. DO NOT take a Dremel to it.

Sometimes you just need to alter your assembly plan.

Pull the trigger and disconnector from the receiver.
Install safety selector without installing the detent/spring/pistol grip.
Install the trigger and disconnector, slide the rear tail of the trigger under the safety selector. Leave the safety selector in "Fire" mode as you do so.
Continue with your build.

No fitting or Dremel action needed.
