Need to vent a little. Bought 3 stripped lowers in sept. Wanted something to occupy my time during the cold months so I have trying to buy parts with my extra pocket money a couple of times a month. Not sure I will get them built by next winter.

My grip is customer service in the firearm industry.  I have had more orders arrive with problems than I canergsr remember.
Ordered three Lpks box arrived with one. Ordered a stock assembly received stock with no buffer, tube, etc. Bought a trigger that arrived as a completly different model. The most aggravating thing is waiting so long to recieve the products, and getting no replies to emails when sent.
In fairness everyone of the above gripes where made right with a phone call and speaking to someone in person. Except the stock with no assembly parts. They claimed that's not how they advertised  it even after I read there web page description to them.(they falsely Advertised there product. No more of my money goes there)
I know many of these business are family owned and operated. Not expecting amazon type emails and shipping times but it's so aggravating every week to be on the phone trying to explain what's wrong. Or waiting weeks for stuff you pay for with a cc on the Internet .

Anyway that's my gripe this week. And I still order from the companies I'm griping about so i'll shut up and send them some more money. The ups guy and my wife are on first name bases since this started. Isee him more than my teenage daughter. He has to think we are building rockets or something.

There are plenty of good guys out there. I've always had good experiences with BCM, AIM, DSG, LaRue, the list goes on. There are some a-holes out there. Thankfully the internet helps expose them.
